Make A Difference is how we, as Alive Church, celebrate and fund missions; locally, nationally and internationally together. Through our partnerships, we see sparks of joy ignite in lives and communities. Every pound given, every prayer prayed, and every act of service contributes to restoring what’s broken and sparking joy across our streets, our nation, and the nations.

Hearing the stories of people who have experienced life changing hope, builds faith in others. Be encouraged by these stories and the difference that is being made in the lives of others.
Acts 8:8
Wherever they were scattered, they preached the Message about Jesus. Going down to a Samaritan city, Philip proclaimed the Message of the Messiah. When the people heard what he had to say and saw the miracles, the clear signs of God’s action, they hung on his every word. Many who could neither stand nor walk were healed that day. The evil spirits protested loudly as they were sent on their way. And what joy in the city!

Hatfield
Christian Church
Alive Church has been connecting with Hatfield Christian Centre in Pretoria, South Africa for over 25 years. We are excited about strengthening and deepening this connection with a vibrant church that is engaged in serving the poorest in their community and who we can learn from as we seek to make a difference in our local communities whenever Alive is planted.
Our Partners
Hatfield Christian Church
We partner with Hatfield Christian Church in Pretoria, South Africa, supporting their community transformation initiative, the SMILE Project.
SMILE was launched in 2008 with a vision to bring hope and renewal in the Mooiplaas township — an informal settlement where poverty and hardship are part of daily life. Through early childhood education, skills development, job creation, vegetable gardens, discipleship, and even bringing running water to families, SMILE is restoring dignity and creating opportunities for lasting change.

Together, through Make A Difference, Alive is helping to resource this work so that children can flourish, women can be empowered, and communities can experience transformation that truly sparks joy.
Everything Network
The Everything Network seeks to encourage, equip, and connect Christians to build a relational community working for cultural renewal across sectors, vocations, and life-stages.
Betel UK
Betel UK is an independent Christian charity for men, women and families affected by drug and alcohol addiction and homelessness. Through work, well-being and worship, they restore broken lives.
Acts Trust
Acts Trust was founded by Alive Church Lincoln in 2006 and has a vision to see Empowered People Living in Thriving Communities. Acts Trust run the Grocery, Foodbank and Life Course in Lincoln and is supported by volunteers from Lincoln North, South and Central.
Community Projects
Each Alive Location has multiple projects depending on the needs of their local community. This includes things such as women and men’s support groups, toddler groups and support for carers and those living with disabilities and additional needs.
